    铁模覆砂铸造生产线的生产过程描述如下:
     
    1、铁模覆砂铸造生产线正常工作流程从浇注开始,在浇注前放好浇口杯;
     
    2、浇注完毕待浇口杯内铁水半凝固时人工铲去浇口杯;
     
    3、经冷却、取箱扣后,铁模通过平车转运系统进入提升机,将铁模从平车上提起进入机动辊道;
     
    4、开箱机开箱,将上型提起后,铸件留在下型,下型进入出铸件机;
     
    5、出铸件机机械手夹出铸件放入准备好的料斗内;
     
    6、下铁模、上铁模一起进入过渡小车,通过过渡小车将铁模转运到清理段,并完成上下铁模前后次序交换;
     
    7、上下铁模在翻箱机翻箱,使型腔面(后称正面)朝下,上型翻转目的是清除背面浇注时留下的残砂、铁豆等;
     
    8、上下型先后送入顶射孔机,清通射孔内的型砂,再进入震动落砂机清理型腔内的残砂;
     
    9、清理后的铁模通过翻箱机翻转正面朝上,人工检查后,根据铁模温度进行调温处理,调温后的铁模经过翻箱后正面朝下,等待造型;
     
    10、 通过送箱系统将上下铁模一起送入造型机进行覆砂造型,送箱系统完成粗定位。
     
    11、造型完成后的铁模送入翻箱机翻箱,使铁模正面朝上以检查覆砂质量,浇口处理,需要下芯的完成下芯。
     
    12、在合箱前上箱翻转正面朝下,上下铁模先后进入合箱机完成合箱。
     
    13、合好的铁模通过过渡小车送入到浇注段,并通过提升机将铁模置于浇注平车上。
     
    14、上箱扣后,等待浇注。
    The production process of the sand coated iron mold casting production line is described as follows:
     
    1. The normal working process of the production line of iron mold sand-clad casting starts from pouring, and the sprue cup is placed before pouring;
     
    2. After pouring, the pouring cup shall be removed manually when the molten iron in the pouring cup is semi solidified;
     
    3. After cooling and taking out the box buckle, the iron mold enters the elevator through the flat car transfer system, and lifts the iron mold from the flat car into the motorized roller table;
     
    4. After the upper mold is lifted, the casting is left in the lower mold, and the lower mold enters the casting machine;
     
    5. The manipulator of the casting machine clamps the casting and puts it into the prepared hopper;
     
    6. The lower iron mold and the upper iron mold enter the transition car together, and the iron mold is transferred to the cleaning section through the transition car, and the front and back order exchange of the upper and lower iron mold is completed;
     
    7. The upper and lower iron molds are turned over by the turning machine, so that the cavity surface (hereafter referred to as the front side) is facing down. The purpose of turning over the upper mold is to remove the residual sand and iron beans left during the back pouring;
     
    8. The upper and lower types are successively sent to the top perforator, the sand in the perforation is cleared, and then the residual sand in the cavity is cleared by the vibration sand falling machine;
     
    9. After cleaning, the iron mould shall be turned upside down by the turnover machine. After manual inspection, the temperature shall be adjusted according to the temperature of the iron mould. After the temperature adjustment, the iron mould shall be turned upside down and wait for molding;
     
    10. The upper and lower iron molds are sent to the molding machine through the box feeding system for sand covering molding, and the box feeding system completes the rough positioning.
     
    11. After the molding is completed, the iron mold is sent to the turnover machine to turn the box, so that the iron mold faces up to check the sand covering quality. Gate treatment requires the completion of the lower core.
     
    12. Before closing the box, the upper box is turned upside down, and the upper and lower iron molds successively enter the closing machine to complete the closing.
     
    13. The closed iron mold is sent to the pouring section through the transition trolley, and the iron mold is placed on the pouring flat car through the elevator.
     
    14. After the box is buckled, wait for pouring.
